Turkey Talk

On a walk this morning and saw this guy walking beside me for a couple of blocks. Apparently they were wiped out during the great depression ad sydneysiders used them as a free foodsource.

Far more sightings in suburban areas now but this is the first I have seen in our area.

Anyone have a decent Turkey recipe?
